Sometimes, words are superfluous and pictures say it all.
Three hours this afternoon, up the cut...
A four pound zander...
... and then a double figure pike...
... followed swiftly by another...
... and finally, another four pound zander
I cannot for the life of me, think of any better way I could have spent those precious three hours of my life, than in doing this thing.
This is fishing...!

No better example of why we do it, for sessions just like that. Makes all those gruelling blanks simply fade away. Well done Jeff - the average zed size is creeping up too !
ReplyDeleteNice...I like it!
ReplyDeleteThe dice are tumbling...
ReplyDeleteWhat a session. Well done, Jeff.
ReplyDeleteGreat result Jeff. Well done!
ReplyDeleteCracking catch of fish Jeff.
ReplyDeleteIf that doesn't inspire me to give the local cut a go, nothing will.
Jeff,
ReplyDeleteWell done, all the fish look cracking, and suggests the pike are now getting more active?
Gaza
That's exactly why we all go! Cracking.
