Bring it on boys! The canal category will be very hotly contested I reckon. I will need to considerably up my canal carp and pike PBs to have any chance in it though.
It could be a while before I get off the foot of the table (I might never get off it!). I've had a month's break and it's likely to be the end of the month before I wet a line again. I did think about a short canal zander session today, but I opted to build a couple of platforms for my club instead! Already counting down to the rivers opening....
An Ide......I never even seen one before but I hear they are great battlers, I may have to find one...... Good Luck to everybody and I hope this bring's us all bags and bags of fun, maybe a British Record fish will be claimed out of this??? My money is on a Gudgeon.
